Okay, before we started we actually got quotations from five different contractors. We met them, we spoke to them, and from there, you know, we judged their character, their timeliness, how receptive they were to our ideas. And we were happy — we were very happy with what we received from Qaser. They were very open to ideas, and throughout the whole renovation, the whole project, we were very happy with how thoughtful and how neat they were in carrying out the works.
Everything was executed very thoughtfully, everything was executed very carefully. And even in hiccups — which is normal with every project — yes, the solution to it was always very sensible and very cost-efficient. So that's why we're really happy with it.
This is, in fact, my favorite part of the house — what used to be a space which you could only use for four months a year can now be used every day . This is converted into an indoor space, a glass extension... and we're happy.
